Art Transport Information

All artworks are packed with great care and safely freighted both within Australia and overseas. Our gallery’s complimentary insurance covers all artworks from the moment they leave the gallery until they reach your front door. If you reside in Melbourne, we can arrange for your artwork to be professionally installed for you by an industry professional. We also have contacts for art installers in Sydney that we are happy to pass on to our Sydney-based clients. If you are outside of the standard delivery zones, we will obtain for you the most cost-effective delivery price and will notify you of this as soon as we have received the quotes. Once approved by you we will facilitate the transport of your new artwork.

When do I get my new art?

We want you to have your new artwork as soon as possible. If the work is not in the current exhibition, then we can often arrange delivery within a day or two of purchase locally. If you are interstate it can be between 2 to 3 weeks with the art couriers.   If it is on exhibition then we will arrange shipping to you for the week after the exhibition concludes. If you have a specific requirement regarding the final date of delivery, be sure to let us know and we will work as hard as possible to achieve this for you!


If an artwork is purchased on exhibition there is no return or refund. If an artwork is purchased from the stockroom then you have 24 hours from receipt of the artwork to notify us of your wish to return it. The artwork must be returned fully wrapped with an art courier approved by us at your cost. Once received safely and the condition of the artwork is approved, we will refund you.

Privacy Policy

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to process payment and dispatch goods. FLG will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

Credit Card Details

All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. FLG does not store any credit card information on our servers.
