Janne Kearney wins National Capital Art Prize

Janne Kearney has won the inaugural National Capital Art Prize with her painting 'All Day Sucker'. The National Capital Art Prize is a Canberra based not-for-profit company that was established in March 2021. Managed by honorary Directors, the company supports and showcases Australian artists and celebrates their skill and diversity through an annual national painting competition. The competition was also established to profile Australia's national capital as a cultural hub. The exhibition runs from Saturday 30th October – 14th November.

Kim Anderson announced as WAMA finalist
