    Congratulations to Michael Simms who has been selected as a Finalist in the 2022 Darling Prize at the National Portrait Gallery, Canberra with this amazing portrait of  Zaachariaha Fielding. The judges have selected 39 paintings from a field of hundreds. Zaachariah is an extraordinary musician and visual artist. The Darling Portrait Prize is a national prize for Australian portrait painting honouring the legacy of Mr L Gordon Darling AC CMG (1921-2015), who was instrumental in establishing the National Portrait Gallery of Australia.
