bond of $500 applies. This will be returned in full
upon vacation of the premises.
Rent per week $1000 (+GST) 2009 Exhibitions
NB: A two week minimum booking applies.
Gallery hours: Tuesday to Friday from 11am –
6pm , Saturday 11am – 4pm
Artists are expected to sit their own exhibitions or
to organise an alternative, unless they opt for the
payment of gallery staffing.
If desired a trained gallery staff member can be on
hand for the duration of your exhibition for assistance
with sales.
Staff per week $600 (+GST) optional.
Exhibition installation occurs on the day preceding
the opening.
Openings are to be on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday
night 5.30 – 7.30pm.
It is important that artists to note that gallery insurance
does not cover their work or their public liability.
Costs for the opening night such as drinks and staff
are to be covered by the exhibiting artist. (Glasses
are supplied).
All other costs such as postage, printing, advertising,
insurance and freight are to be covered by the exhibiting
artist.
The gallery is to be vacated in the same state as of
commencement of exhibition or a cleaning fee will apply.
Included
in the gallery hire cost:
Media release advice and service.
Advice for invitation and advertising design.
Text and image included on our web site.
The gallery staff can advise with the curating and hanging
of the works.
We will also provide you with a discretionary mail-out
service to select clientele.
